AIR CONDITIONER

Why should I get my Air Conditioner Cleaned?

Save Energy – and Money: Clean Air Conditioning units use energy more efficiently. Less effort and energy are wasted upon each cycle, so your energy costs can be reduced..

Be more comfortable: Dirt and Dust caked onto your A/C make it harder for your A/C to remove extra moisture and heat from the air, so decreased comfort is the result. There’s no reason to let this happen since air conditioner cleaning is not only quick but affordable.

Prevent Breakdown: Dirt meddles with the most basic functions of the essential components in your air conditioner, creating breakdowns and unforeseen interruptions in comfort. It’s better to prevent costly repairs by having Midwest Home Services keep your Air Conditioning system running smoothly, all Summer long.

At Midwest Home Services, we know how important it is that you enjoy your home or business during the summer months – whether you are entertaining guests or just want to sleep through the night comfortably without being woken up by oppressive heat. Once your Central Air System is cleaned  you won’t need to worry about an air conditioner breakdown in the hot months of Summer, and this can also save you money on repairs and preserve the life of your costly AC unit by maximizing its efficiency.

Midwest Home Services Inc. is saddened by the tragic death of George Floyd and joins our fellow Minnesotans in grieving the destruction that has occurred in the Twin Cities this past week. Midwest Home Services started in Minneapolis and had its business operations at the intersection of 42nd st and 27th ave in South Minneapolis for over two decades. Though we have relocated out of the city we still feel a kinship with our former home and continue to serve the Twin Cities Metro area and want to do our part to help. To that end we are reconfiguring our referral program so that for the foreseeable future whenever someone uses one of our services and refers someone else to use one of our services which is scheduled via our realtime online scheduler we will donate $50.00 to  https://www.welovelakestreet.com/  The Lake Street Council (501c3) is committed to helping rebuild Lake Street, starting with direct support to small businesses and nonprofits to help them rebuild their storefronts, reopen their businesses and serve our neighborhoods.
